Bitcoin Events is the first and largest events company to host world-class bitcoin and blockchain conferences in Africa, since 2015. To date, we’ve hosted seven highly successful Blockchain Africa Conferences in Cape Town, Johannesburg and the most recent edition, online. Our second event is the annual Crypto Fest. The first edition was hosted in Cape Town in 2019 and online in 2020. The DeFi Conference is our third event, which is hosted online since 2020. DeFi Conference 2021

Decentralised Finance or DeFi is disrupting the world of finance as we know it, growing from strength to strength over the last year or so. This new technology is emerging quickly and the pressure is on for organisations to operate more efficiently and effectively. 

The DeFi Conference 2021 is a free, 1 day online conference with two tracks, one track focusing on DeFi and the second track on Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

There will be multiple networking events, 1-1 connection opportunities, panel and keynote discussions and a wide variety of exhibitors.The event will bring together 2500+ attendees from 80+ countries and over 35 global speakers, sharing their knowledge on the future of this fast growing industry.

Crypto Fest 2021

Bitcoin Events’ popular Crypto Fest is back for its third edition on 29 October 2021 and once again will include controversial speakers and discussions. The event will be a festive gathering of 2500+ attendees, uniting entrepreneurs, traders, investors, developers, industry enthusiasts, among others, with a jam-packed day with exciting keynotes, workshops, presentations, contentious topics, product exhibitions, competitions and entertainment.

Blockchain Africa Conference 2022

Since 2015, Bitcoin Events’ annual Blockchain Africa Conferences have been the first of their kind in Africa and have brought together some of the top thought leaders from across the globe.
