Jorge has over 30 years of ICT experience, covering, innovation, architecture and digital transformation.

Jorge is an Advisor and Executive Board Member of the Government Blockchain Association (GBA), an organization dedicated to the adoption of blockchain based solutions by enterprises and governmental organizations.

Previously Jorge was the CTO Eco-System at Huawei Technologies in the United Arab Emirates and was the Head of Global Services Solutions at International Turnkey Systems (ITS) and Chief Operating Officer at First Information Security (FIS).
